    • Standard Shredder: $75.00 – All Hourly Rate Shredder repairs charge a two hour Minimum
    • Industrial Shredder: $95 – All Hourly Rate Shredder repairs charge a 2 hour Minimum
     
    Additional time bills by the half hour
    All Laminator repairs come with a 30-day “Entire Machine” labor & travel warranty

  • Industrial Laminator: $95 – All Hourly Rate Laminator repairs charge a 2 hour minimum
Additional time bills by the half hour. All Laminator repairs come with a 30-day “Entire Machine” labor & travel warranty.

AllTech Warranties:

  • All Fixed / Falt-Rate repairs receive a 45-Day “Entire Machine” All-Labor Warranty
  • All Hourly repairs receive a 45-Day All-Labor Warranty for the area specific to the repair.

  • The AllTech Total Call Procedure utilizes a 16-Point Process specifically designed to increase the longevity of you current print fleet investment in addition to extending the life of your Fuser units, Pick-Up rollers and Transfer assemblies.
 
Warranty Coverage:
  • Hourly: Warranties for equipment that are charged an hourly Fee are provided for the symptom & parts replaced during the repair for the above mentioned warranty periods.
  • Flat \Fixed Rate: Warranties for Flat \ Fixed rate machines cover the entire machine for the entire above mentioned repair warranty period.
Note:  Whether your repair takes 1 hour or 5 hours, AllTech’s Fixed Labor pricing remains the same. This approach to service allows AllTech to focus on the quality of each repair without our customers incurring an escalating labor cost.
